Why do I love my job?
I’m obsessed with all things real estate. I have the opportunity to connect with Buyers and Sellers who are looking for something more from their real estate experience. I love helping people fulfill their dream to own a home. I especially love that I make new friends out of everyone I help. Also: I love a good negotiation.
What do I like best about the Emerald Coast Real Estate Market?
Talking about real estate is one of our favorite past times. The market moves fast and I love having the insider knowledge to help my clients make & save $$.
What neighborhood do I live in? What makes it special?
I always tend to buy houses that are surrounded by a great school district…right now, I own a early 90’s Brady Bunch looking house that’s backed up to Rocky Bayou Park. The official name for my neighborhood is Parkwood Estates…but I like to think of it as where all the beautiful trees are.
When I’m not working, you can find me….
When I’m not working in real estate, I can be found any where my 3 children are, working out at the gym, on a long run, or packing my bags for a quick New Orleans getaway.
The kind of Clients I tend to work with…
I work with people who think outside the box and appreciate honesty. I pride myself on being straight with my clients (even if what I have to say isn’t what they want to hear).
What Neighborhoods do I often work in?
You can find me from Destin to Niceville, Crestview to Fort Walton Beach to Shalimar, Navarre to Pensacola and everywhere in between.
What type of properties do I love selling?
I love selling older homes with tons of character and unique contemporary homes.
Why am I the right agent to guide you in buying a new home?
I listen to you and get to know what you are looking for. I’m very patient and understanding of how hard and important the decision is for everyone.
Why am I the right agent to sell your home with?
I work with Sellers who are looking for a one-stop-shop and appreciate the results of hard work. I’ve listed a lot of homes for sale and I know that bringing in top dollar means focusing on making people fall in love with a property (through staging and photos), reaching a maximum number of Buyers (through targeted marketing) and killer pricing and negotiation techniques. We’ve built our services for Sellers around the philosophy that our Sellers are busy…so we do the heavy lifting and take care of the details. I know the Collins Messmore formula works.
